Inspired by the refined, welcoming aesthetic of luxury hotels, the 99 Mount St Podium Suite is a sophisticated, calm & inviting workspace. The design echoes the buildings external lineal detailing, referencing & reinventing this feature within the internal environment. The design embodies the essence of the building and explores the reaction of intercepting points and materials.

This boutique office suite features a sophisticated boardroom with a muted, timeless aesthetic, this palette is balanced & juxtaposed with a vibrant & playful meeting room design. Throughout the open workspace, a custom screening system creates a canopy that shelters and zones this working area. This screen & ceiling feature wraps up from the floor, providing some visual delineation between the working and breakout spaces. Collaborative areas have been facilitated throughout, located primarily in areas facing or located on the large outdoor balcony, encouraging conversation whilst celebrating the North Sydney vista.

The resulting space holds true to the original design intent, delivering a premium & timeless speculative fit-out in this revitalised precinct.
